Signing a deal with samsung to unleash his new album MagnaCartaHolyGrail to one million samsung mobile users; Jay Z has put himself on another level. Before the album debuts Mr.Carter wants to keep his fans in the loop through a downloadable mobile app. On another note the first single is set to come out tomorrow June 26th.
